The Insurance Factory (the promoter) offers one Smart Car as Grand Prize in the draw. Any customer who buys or renews an Insurance Factory motor or home insurance policy from 1st – 31st March 2010 inclusive will be entered into the prize draw. Entry into the draw is taken as acceptance of these terms & conditions. The winner will be drawn on 1st April 2010 by Gary Collins, Head of Markerstudy Retail at The Insurance Factory and notified by telephone and email the next day. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn. To claim the prize, the winner must show proof of identify. The prize can be claimed from either our Hall Green or Oxford office from 6th April 2010. The prize car will be available for the winner’s use from the day the award is made, however the registration to the new owner will be made after 3 months. During this period the car will be skinned in Insurance Factory advertising livery, which must be kept on the vehicle for 3 months from the date of collection, after which time the ownership will be transferred and the new owner may peel off the advertising stickers. The draw is not open to agents or employees of Insurance Factory or Markerstudy, or members of their households. The winners details will be made available upon written request to Insurance Factory 1529, Stratford Road, Robin Hood Island, Hall Green, Birmingham B28 9JA. The prize will only be awarded if the policyholder has either paid in full or is up to date with their instalment plan.
